Frank Loesser

Songwriter Frank Loesser wrote both music and lyrics to such Broadway plays as Guys and Dolls, The Most Happy Fella, and How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying. He wrote many songs for films and Tin Pan Alley, many of which have become standards. He was nominated for five Academy Awards for best song, winning an Oscar for Baby It’s Cold Outside.
