Flamingos are large wading birds with an unfeathered face, abruptly turned-down bill, and very long legs and neck. The birds are found in Africa, Asia, the Caribbean, Europe, and South America. They are found pinkish white, white, and vermilion, with flack flight feathers. Its height ranges from three to five feet (90 cm to 1.5 m). They feed on minute animal and vegetable matter or small mollusks or crustaceans.
